New Damascus knife

A kitchen knife with a Damascus steel blade. The wavy pattern visible on the blade comes from the manufacturing process: multiple layers of steel are welded together and then worked, creating these characteristic striations. Each blade therefore has a slightly different pattern.

The blade cuts cleanly and retains its sharpness longer than a standard kitchen knife. The handle is ergonomic for a good grip, even during prolonged use.

Ideal for daily cutting: vegetables, meat, herbs, fish.

Care: hand wash, dry immediately. Not dishwasher safe.
