The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and illustrations are non-contractual. Serolys cannot be held responsible for any minor differences between the delivered product and its representation on the site.
Article 4 – Orders
Customers can place orders directly on the serolys.com website. Any order implies acceptance of these general conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after the order has been validated.
Article 5 – Prices
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Serolys reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of order confirmation.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments can be made by credit card or any other method offered on the site. All transactions are secure.
Article 7 – Delivery

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal and returns
The customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to return an item or request an exchange. For more information, please consult the return and refund policy.

Serolys cannot be held responsible for indirect or immaterial damages that may result from the use of the site or the purchase of products. The use of the site is under the sole responsibility of the user.
