Return and Refund Policy
At Serolys, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
The product/service offered on this site is provided by a company based outside the European Union. As a result, you may encounter difficulties exercising your 30-day right of withdrawal. Please see the conditions below for more details.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Be in their original packaging with all included accessories
- Include proof of purchase (order number)
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at: contact@serolys.com, stating your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days following the receipt of the returned package.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible. If you wish to change size or model, simply contact us at contact@serolys.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
