A kitchen knife with a Damascus steel blade. The wavy pattern visible on the blade is created during the manufacturing process: Several layers of steel are forge-welded together and then worked, creating these characteristic stripes. Each blade therefore has a slightly different pattern.
The blade cuts cleanly and stays sharper longer than a conventional kitchen knife. The handle is ergonomically shaped and fits comfortably in the hand, even with prolonged use.
